Boat & Pen Sales

Darlingford Waters Marina is not actively engaged in the promotion of houseboat sales. All houseboats offered for sale by members must provide to the purchaser, prior to sale, a 'Schedule of Outstanding Fees' authorised by the Trust to ensure that membership to Darlingford can be granted. No other warranty is implied by Darlingford Waters Marina Trust on the goods and the sale will be a private transaction between seller and purchaser.

The club can offer technical advice on general boat selection criteria, boat handling and safety audits for prospective purchasers. Alternatively, through contact with our office, we are able to advise on authorised persons nominated by Goulburn Murray Water to carry out vessel surveys.
